Serene Beauty and Wax was founded in 2020 by Owner/CEO Chelsie Woodard. Chelsie is a Licensed Master Cosmetologist who is certified in South Carolina and Georgia. While specializing in waxing and natural haircare, she has been involved in beauty and skin for over 10 years. Chelsie is also a Veteran having served in the United States Air Force for 6 years. After serving her country she decided to open a Full Body Waxing salon in the great city of Newberry, SC. Chelsie strives to cater to ALL people and provide them with the best waxing experience ever!
